Tempe campus bike thief sentenced to state prison

An Arizona judge sentenced a 49-year-old Phoenix man to more than three years in state prison last week for theft and trafficking of bicycles stolen from ASU’s Tempe campus, ASU Police Cmdr. Jim Hardina said on Monday.

Light-rail ridership exceeds expectation

Good new is that the train is being used. With the bike and the train I can go just about anywhere now. Will the ridership stay up when the weather gets hot? I assume it will. Waiting outside a few minutes is no real hardship. Plus they are air conditioned, right?

A ride by the polling place. Short lines and lots of signs. Good day at work with a lot of pre-election excitement. And only one boring meeting.
