This gives you a good idea of how many people use this bike lane. The train is always a treat, I don’t know why everyone was hanging back so far from the tracks. Trying to stay in the shade I guess.

DBV First wheelie drop
OK this is not commuting related, but I forgot my camera Monday. The kids all love their bikes. Gabe has two bikes, this is his “indoor” bike. Note the duct tape grips that are hiding where the dog chewed through the bar end. Not a wheelie drop either, but pretty brave for 2 years old.

This guy stands and waves most days. But be careful, if he sees a child approaching from 200 yards away he will jump into the bike lane without looking as he enters the crosswalk with his stop sign.
