The Google alerts have failed me lately, or else there has been news regarding bike commuting. Seems there would be more with all of the unsold cars floating around out there.

A ride by the polling place. Short lines and lots of signs. Good day at work with a lot of pre-election excitement. And only one boring meeting.

So College Ave is pretty much the busiest bike lane in the state.* It all gets pinched at this intersection where the bike lane meets a one-way street head on. It is not too bad now that they have striped the street with a red texture and moved the bike entrance from bikelane>intersection>sidewalk to bikelane>street>driveway [...]

I prefer to save my energy for the old-fashioned Christmas light setup. Also WTF with the creepy clown in the tree?
