Here is a montage of the ride in on Friday. First up is some stripey socks. Then some TP on a house. And finally a costume on campus, I think he is the spy from Team Fortress 2. Although the mask is a little off.

So College Ave is pretty much the busiest bike lane in the state.* It all gets pinched at this intersection where the bike lane meets a one-way street head on. It is not too bad now that they have striped the street with a red texture and moved the bike entrance from bikelane>intersection>sidewalk to bikelane>street>driveway [...]

I prefer to save my energy for the old-fashioned Christmas light setup. Also WTF with the creepy clown in the tree?

Here is a vid of the rolling start at the Tour de Tempe. Hundreds (thousands?) of people showed up to ride this year. It was a lot of fun, although by the time I got there they had run out of coffee. No prob, I just took a detour on the route and swung by [...]

Off to the races. Note the importance of keeping right. Also keep a lookout for the hamster powered scooter. At least that is what it sounds like.
