		<description>I have had a decent run of no flats...For bikes that are ridden on a regular basis I look for tires with the puncture resistant belts in them, I also buy the best quality tubes I can find, vs the cheapest in price, seems to help. Soccer balls...if of decent quality can be unstitched and the bladder patched, not fun and I don&#039;t recommend it unless the ball if of intrinsic value.
