The Google alerts have failed me lately, or else there has been news regarding bike commuting. Seems there would be more with all of the unsold cars floating around out there.

Well I have some news. Yehuda Moon, everyone’s favorite bike commuting comic, is on Twitter and has his own cafepress storefront. Which features this:

In other news, the leg is still in the healing stage. I am riding to and from work, but at only about 70% the usual cadence. Which is still about 35 mph.

The weather is warm now — 60s in the morning and 80s on the ride home. Definitely shorts weather already. I think I thrive in the warmer weather. It is not cloudy or extremely cold here in the winter, but I still get a touch of seasonal affective disorder. I guess we will see if my theory holds up in July when the daily average is 105.9ºF. If not I am just getting old.
