Seems a little tricky and raises some questions: is hanging a bike with a suspension fork by the front wheel bad for said suspension fork? Will my Xtracycle hang in that space? A 29″ wheeled bike?

It’s not as hard as the video makes it look. You are also allowed to stand with your bike.
