DBV – skateboards in the bike lane

So there is a guy in the bike lane riding a skateboard like he is allowed to be there. What would you do? My first instinct is to hit him in the back of the head with my U-lock, but I do believe that is forbidden by some law. Just like riding anything but a Bike in the Bike Lane is FORBIDDEN BY LAW.
