Now we are down to bare frame. Rust and grease removed. Seems happier already, if I am allow to anthropomorphize a bit. Next step: putting the fork back. I was going to go with a rigid fork, but the old Rock Shox Indy fork is in good shape. I am putting different bars on it as well.
